Breakfast for Supper is a fine concept; one that’s frequently mentioned in
crappy old cookbooks.
Tonight we watched Friday Night Lights, the movie. Just at the crescendo, we paused to
|make sweet potato waffles, and|
|fry up some homemade sage sausage|
which we severed with butter and maple syrup
|and paired with the finest sparkling wine the closest place that sells sparkling wines carries.|
(It was a bit sweet for my taste.)
And then, we resumed the movie and ate supper.
