Recipe:* Sicilian Corkscrews with White Beans

The actual recipe is much more chatty than what I will post here.

Get a whole lot of salted water boiling and move it off stage.

Get your husband to make some baked garlic bread and revive the salad and dressing.

Sauté some thinly sliced onion and some garlic and some fresh picked Italian parsley– what’s that, you say? You don’t have fresh flat-leaf Italian parsley growing outside your back door? Heh.


I am not a fan of this sort of cookbook– too new!– but I’m going to be cooking from it because it has some great recipes.
