
ANCHOVY SAUCE
Makes 1 1/3 C
Ingredients
- 2 sticks 1 C butter
- 1 Tbsp anchovy paste
- 1/3 C sherry
Instructions
- Melt butter in saucepan, stirring in paste until it melts. Add sherry gradually and heat to boiling. Simmer 5 minutes.
