Decided last Thursday that I was going to fix a decent meal on Monday, and had a hankering for something oriental- – which worked out well because I could include a trip to The Asian Market in Starkvegas Friday.
It was delicious. Quite easy to make so long as you prep everything ahead of time.
Looks and sounds delicious! I need to see if Springfield has an Aisian Market!

Starkville had a teeny tiny Asian Mkt for years. Last year they expanded to four times (at least) the size. Thrilling! They added a restaurant, too. For people who like to cook, this place is amazing. Fresh Gulf seafood, all sorts of bizarre produce, spices. It was the talk of the town when it reopened.
