What the actual hell?

I make no claims about the veracity of what’s being claimed here.

I just want to know what the hell bubble tea is. And having found out, what the hell is wrong with you people? Plus. How can this be unique to every state if more than one state is ordering the same thing.

I see that “bubble tea” is a California preference.
I just want all to know that although I live in California, I have absolutely no idea what “bubble tea” is.
