But I’m not seeing how to turn the fog lights on.

Does the truck have daytime running lights?
I think so but then again no. I thought I had set daytime running lights to on. And indeed an indicator is on in the instrument panel. But it’s no a la ways on.
The underlying issue is the owners manual. It doesn’t exist by our definition of owners manual. I downloaded it, but that’s still not the same as sitting down with a cup of coffee and going through it.
