Trying to get a short story done and submitted. Must be postmarked* March 1. Still have a lot of work to do on it–though I’m now into the weedy part that I enjoy doing.

*Yes. The journal only accepts printed, mailed submissions (unless you’re submitting from outside the US). As you can imagine, this appeals to me. If you want your rejection letter and submission returned, you have to include a SASE. I’ll let you kids figure out what that is. Baffled the new guy at the post office.
