FROZEN RASPBERRY SALAD

1 Tbsp plain gelatin, soaked in top of double boiler (or saucepan) in ¼ C orange juice for 5 minutes
2 Tbsp lemon juice
¼ C sugar
1 C ginger ale
½ C raspberries, crushed
½ C pears, diced
¾ C mayonnaise
1 C heavy cream, whipped

Add lemon juice to gelatin mixture, place in a pan of hot water, and stir until dissolved. Add ginger ale and sugar, and stir until dissolved. Add raspberries and cool until thickened. Fold in whipped cream and mayonnaise, pour into refrigerator tray, and freeze.
