Place noodles in boiling salted water. Cook until tender. Drain but do not wash the noodles. Place in greased individual ring molds. Chill until firm.
Remove rings from molds. Fry in deep Crisco heated to 365 (or when an inch cube of bread browns in 60 seconds) 2 to 3 minute. (If Crisco is too hot, the cold ring will separate.) Drain on absorbent paper. Place in oven to reheat just before serving.
Serve with Seafood Neptune, Creamed Chicken, or Chow Mein
